Savng an Edl
 

To Save an Edl:
 

  1. Select the window of the Edl to save.

  2. From the File menu, click Save As...  or click the toolbar button.

    A Windows Save As dialog appears.

     

  3. Navigate to the desired drive/folder.

  4. Type a file name.

  5. Click Save to export the file.

    The Edl will be saved in its current format.

TIP: If your Edl is destined for a edit systems which employs the RT-11 operating system, you may need to save the Edl with a 6-character file name.
